Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. At checkout, choose Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage, 2–5 business days) or Economy Shipping (USPS Media Mail, 5–8 business days). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@19wmedia.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
